By accessing or using Aging Alert, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
Aging Alert is a Shopify inventory analytics tool that identifies aging and dead stock by analyzing your store's order history. The service provides data reports and alerts — it does not modify your store, orders, or inventory automatically.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Shopify Integration
By connecting your Shopify store, you authorize Aging Alert to read the data necessary to provide the service. You may revoke access at any time from your Shopify admin. Revoking access will deactivate your Aging Alert account.
5. Limitation of Liability
Aging Alert is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
6. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
